In my current role as a sex therapist at Risk To Live, I blend a broader understanding of the human psyche with a compassionate, open-minded approach to sexual health, helping clients explore and enhance this vital aspect of human experience. Together, we work towards holistic wellbeing and enriched, fulfilling lives.
In my previous role as emotional wellbeing therapist, I specialised in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed, somatic approaches. My practice was dedicated to guiding children, young people, individuals, and couples on their journey to emotional balance and physical health.
